Janelle Mungatopi lived and grew up in Milikapiti with her mother and grandparents. long time ago she use to watching all of her grandfathers and great grandfathers carving big pole, painting on tuna and bark.

she started joining Jilamara 2022/23 as a screen printer and now she is developing her own skills, and working with the elders around the art centre. she is also enjoying making beautiful artworks and love engaging with everyone at Jilamara.
