Jon Jon Bush X Tiwi Rangers fundraiser
As part of the feral cat control project led by the Tiwi Rangers, Jilamara Arts and Crafts Association and the Tiwi Rangers collaborated to raise awareness of efforts to better understand and manage feral cats on the Tiwi Islands.
The collaboration aimed to create a locally designed and printed t-shirt highlighting the importance of feral cat management. The artwork was created by Johnathan World Peace Bush in his unique style, and Jilamara artists hand screen-printed shirts at the art centre.
The shirts were initially produced for Tiwi Rangers and Tiwi Resources staff, Rangers’ families, casual Traditional Owners involved in feral cat management and monitoring on Country, and Tiwi decision-makers and committee members. Now, as part of a broader fundraising campaign, a percentage of sales will be donated to the Tiwi Rangers to help support ongoing feral cat control on the Tiwi Islands.
Sizing info and conditions – Please read!
Please use the sizing information provided by the t-shirt manufacturer https://earthpositivefuture.com/products/ep01#size-guide. Note that you should use measurements of an item you already have, not your body measurements. Use a box cut tee-shirt for your measurements if you have one, if not use the widest part of your favourite fitting tee-shirt as the width measurement (box cut is square).
Please note that because we are a small not-for-profit charity, we unfortunately have no capacity to do exchanges or refunds for incorrect sizing, so please triple check sizing as we want you to be happy with your purchase.
Shirts have been made with professional quality heat set screening ink, using professional grade screen printing equipment; however – shirts are a handmade craft item so please expect some tiny discrepancies in placement, ink application etc.
When caring for your new shirt, please wash using cold water, and DO NOT TUMBLE DRY, nothing will destroy your screen printed graphics faster.
